What kind of paper do you use?
We offer two papers, white and cream. They are both a heavier weight paper. The cream paper also takes ink very well and works great with fountain pens! The white paper is manufactured in Canada, and is fully made with recycled content. The cream paper is made in the USA, and contains some recycled content.
What are your covers made of?
Our covers are made with reclaimed bookboard and cotton fabric. The cotton feels really nice to the touch.
Shipping
Do you ship orders?
Yes, we can ship notebooks and books within Canada and to the U.S.
Shipping rates will apply, and there may be additional fees for shipping to the U.S.
How much will shipping cost?
Probably around $18-20 whether in Canada or the US.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes, if you are in the area, you may pick up your finished order locally.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
We can’t currently estimate shipping times beforehand.
Orders
Can I get a refund/return my order?
Sorry, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders. All sales are final.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are displayed and quoted in Canadian Dollars. Conversion fees may apply.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash (local only), e-transfer (Canada only), PayPal, and major credit cards.
How do I pay for my order?
We will send you an invoice matching your chosen payment method. Cash and E-transfer directions will be in your invoice. For PayPal or Credit Cards, the invoice will include a payment link.
Custom Orders

The answer might be yes, just send us a message and we’ll get back to you if we are able to take on your request.
A Note on Custom Orders
There are various reasons why we may not be able to accept a request for a custom book or notebook. We are a small bindery and since we make all our books by hand we can only do so many orders at once and only have access to so many tools.
