Submitting an order form is not a binding sale, Dandy Lion Bindery reserves the right to refuse to fulfill any order request with or without reason. When you place an order, Dandy Lion Bindery will send you a personalized email within one business day and provide you with an order confirmation number. Pricing; Pricing Errors; Other Errors
Prices offered on the Site are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Such prices do not include shipping and handling, expedited service, or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges and provincial and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED AN ORDER ONLINE, THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH IS INAPPLICABLE IN QUEBEC. If the amount you pay for an item is obviously incorrect, regardless of whether it is an error in a price posted on this Site or otherwise communicated to you, then we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order and refund to you the amount that you paid. Payments and Disputed Payments
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, e-transfer (Canada Only), and cash (Local Only). You will bear all costs associated with a disputed credit card charge which results in action from Dandy Lion Bindery merchant account provider, otherwise known as “chargebacks”. Payment will be requested through an invoice. Any currency conversions are the responsibility of the customer. Dandy Lion Bindery has the right to cancel any orders that fail payment verification. Payments made through PayPal may have additional terms that apply.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Shipping and Delivery
We are unable to provide delivery estimates at this time. Any custom duties or import taxes due upon shipment to the United States of America are the responsibility of the customer. If it is possible, we will try to estimate any import fees at time of purchase, but we may be unable to do so accurately. At the discretion of the delivery company, items may be safe dropped at the delivery location when signature is not required. Dandy Lion Bindery is not responsible for missing or weather damaged parcels that have been safe dropped.
